The MS-H280-S6 6-Channel Digital Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer integrates six independent heating and stirring positions in one compact instrument. Each channel has its own start/stop, temperature, speed and display control, which makes it ideal for parallel experiments and multi-parameter optimisation.
Temperature is controlled by accurate PID control up to 280℃, with stirring speeds of 200–1500 rpm and up to 3 L of water per channel.
The ceramic-coated aluminium work plate gives fast heat transmission and strong corrosion resistance, and a spark-free brushless DC motor provides long life with no maintenance. An external PT1000 temperature sensor (accuracy ±0.2℃) can be connected to each channel for precise sample temperature control.
Two independent safety circuits monitor the instrument: if overheating or a sensor fault is detected, heating stops and an alarm sounds. A “HOT” warning flashes on the display while the plate is still hot after switch-off.
Suitable for Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, Soxhlet extraction and parallel synthesis in food, feed, textile, soil, water treatment, pharmaceutical, petroleum and polymer laboratories. It is compatible with various heating blocks and reaction vessels.
